When booking your first appointment with me, please be very sure of your schedule as if you book and then cancel your first appointment with me same day, I will not reschedule with you at all.  Also if you book an appointment and do not call/do not show up whether new or established friend, I will not reschedule at any time.  The reason being, locations are arranged to meet with you and you might be the only person I have arranged to see that day (I do not enjoy "quantity" scheduling) and therefore booking and then canceling causes quite a problem for me and is unfair to others I have told I am not available.  So PLEASE do not book with me unless you are absolutely certain about your schedule.  THANK YOU;)
